What’s it all about?
Boxing for Fitness focuses primarily on fitness and then on boxing. All of our boxing classes are taken by ‘real’ boxers who have a passion for and plenty of experience in the sport. It is the perfect fitness regime to achieve the lean, toned, strong body you’re after. It’s not just about punching a bag by yourself, the group fitness classes are very social with around 15-20 people with an even mix of guys and gals, often teaming up for various drills. The classes concentrate on bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work. The classes are always different, always fun and, seriously hard work. The high intensity workout will have you moving the whole time.
It is ideal for all fitness levels, even if your fitness is below where you’d like it be you can box slower but if you want to burn fat and get fit, you need to keep your heart rate up.
