Live is a two storey complex, with the ground floor solely dedicated to Group Fitness classes, boxing for fitness and private boxing tuition. The room has 17 heavy bags, mirrored walls and is fully air conditioned.

At the rear of the building we have a large undercover arena with full sized Olympic boxing ring more heavy bags & speed balls. Upstairs boasts full cardio theatre with brand new ‘life fitness’ treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and rowers. The gym is equipped with an extensive range of ‘Flex’ equipment which arrived from the USA last year.
