All of the trainers at Live are qualified instructors and certified as Personal Trainers.

They didn’t just wake up one morning and say “I think I’ll go do a course and become a Personal Trainer’ instead, they all started perfecting their crafts years prior, being students themselves and competing at high levels in their respected fields.

‘Jack’ is the newest member of our team of Personal Trainers. Jack hails from Poland and has spent many years specializing in boxing in Warsaw. He has competed in the sport at a national level and in 1993 won a silver medal as a middleweight at the Polish Championships. Jack is available for private tuition and group sessions.

(Our most long standing trainer) Is without a doubt one the most popular ‘Boxing for fitness’ trainers in Perth, having learned the art of boxing from the youngest of ages his unique way of inspiring participants has built a loyal following for his style of teaching. Clients love the ‘real’ aspect of his classes, nothing is sugar coated and he knows just how hard to push each individual so that they get the most from there workout. Look out for Tony in the Australian movie “Two Fists One Heart”

Christian is a highly experienced body builder. He has competed and won at both State and National levels since his late teens. Christian is the current Australian Champion under 100kg body builder. He knows firsthand what it takes to build muscle and lose fat the most effective and quickest way. Christian is also trainer to the ‘stars’, training Rai Fazio and other lead actors in preparation for their roles in ‘Two Fists, One Heart’, released early 2008.

David In his youth he has had dozens of fights in the ring and has participated in many ‘Boxing Training Camps’. His love for the sport and for training others is obvious the second you meet him. He is also highly qualified with 2 years preparation to become a master trainer. David has achieved some fantastic results for his clients, both in weight loss and fitness in general. He is the man to see if you want to be pushed to your fitness peak. David is experienced in other forms of martial arts including; Mauy Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Escrima.

Claire, one of our female trainers is a Champion boxer, in fact she has won four state, three national and two Oceania boxing titles in her career so far. Claire is well recognised in the industry for her skill both in the ring and as a trainer. Claire is the current Australian & Oceania female champion in her weight division. She is also integral in the running of the Boxing Boot Camp!

Joelene, Jo has turned the tables from being a long term member to our latest personal trainer. Having personally been on the receiving end of personal training for many years, she has decided to take her love for fitness to the next level and become a trainer. She is excellent for ‘first timers’ to the gym environment. If you need assistance in weight training, fitness or weight loss, Jo’s your trainer.

Fran, One of the founding trainers in Perth, Fran has been at the forefront of fitness training for over 30 years. She has won many state and national titles in figure fitness and body building and is regarded highly amongst her peers. Fran has clients who have trained with her for over 10 years which is true testimony to her craft.

Adam, Adam has a Rugby and Surf boat rowing background, has won gold medals in state and national Surf Boat Rowing and has coached under 19 Australian Rowing Champions. He specialises in muscle building, strength and conditioning training. He is also experienced in circuit training, boxing, general fitness, weight loss and has great diet advice as well.
