Boxing 4 Fitness: A boxing workout is the perfect combination of cardiovascular and muscle training. you'll burn more calories, build more stamina, develop and tone more muschle in a boxing workout than you will with any other training method. A boxing for fitness class is the non-contact part of a boxer's workout. All fitness levels welcome.
BOXING this class focuses more on the art of boxing. A little more technique and skills taught.
POWER BAR A complete athletic workout designed to strengthen condition and define muscles. Resistance training to music - using barbells. This class has a high emphasis on correct technique and allows all fitness levels to be included in the one class.
YOGA This class focuses on movement and breathe. Yoga will help improve core strength & flexibility. You will leave with sense of calmness and balance.
CIRCUIT 45 A 45 minute circuit class designed to keep the heart rate up and burn maximum calories. This class is perfect for those looking for a variety filled work out.
We do ask all the participants to bring a sweat towel and drink for re-hydration. Boxing gloves and skipping ropes be loaned from us however it is recommended that you purchase your own for health and hygiene reasons. All classes run for apporx 55 minutes, except lunchtime classes which run for 45 minutes. Enclosed shoes must worn for all classes and gym work outs. A class p ass must be obtained from reception and given to the instructor before every class.
